Before and After

It's done.

Natural Instincts and I had a little date, this morning. I did my five mile run (in BRUTAL wind, I might add), and then hopped to it.

Before

Here's hoping

In 20 minutes we'll know. I was a little apprehensive about the non-permanent hair color, because I have heard that gray hair can be hard to cover with it. And, I will say, that my gray shows through a little bit.

But... I'm really REALLY glad I did it. And I am going to go permanent.

I asked Cowboy which one he liked better. (Yes, he looked like he was going to stand before a Firing Squad - was that mean of me?) And he said, "Which one do YOU like better?" HAH - I said, "Nope. I asked you first." And he told me he liked it this way better. And I told him I did, too.

So, now I feel like I look as young as I feel.

  4. I love it too. You're 'you' either way- but if the brown haired you, makes you feel like you look the way you feel inside... go for it! Hot mama, btw. :)

  5. What's so hysterical about this post is the BEFORE picture. You purposely stood mere inches from the camera lens and that makes you look not only ancient but leads us to believe your hair was used as the prototype for the White Witch in the Narnia films.

I like the AFTER shot. Your hair looks great. You're a hot lady, wanna go on a date?

  8. You are beautiful! David was sitting beside me when I clicked in . . . he says you should forward this to the company for some serious kickback. He makes a good point. You would make a great model for them!

  10. I believe hair color is one of our physical characteristics that we can play and experiment with. No surgery involved, and if we mess it up, we can re-color, cut it off, or get a wig until it grows back.

Based on my roots, I have about a third gray around my face and top of my head. (Interesting how the lower back, where no one can see, is dark and lovely.) In my thirties, I colored for fun a few times; now for necessity!!!

I like your new look! As you see it fading, go permanent the next time.
